Our owner, Steve Milton, is a fully accredited Home & Septic Inspector with a passion for providing the highest quality inspections to his clients.
As the son of a small business owner and licensed electrician and custom home builder, Steve has been involved in the industry for his entire life. He has over fifteen years of experience in home renovation and sales, which gives him a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process.
Before becoming a Home & Property Inspector, Steve worked as an Engineering Manager and Purchaser at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier hotel in Ottawa. This experience has taught him the importance of attention to detail, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence in all that he does.
Steve is also a qualified Septic System Inspector, enabling him to provide a one-stop shop for all your property inspection needs. He runs his own company, Milton Property Inspections, but has also been sub-contracting to Property Inspections Unlimited and working alongside owner Lee Ralph and his firm for over eight years.
